Collection: Fluorine Rubber Sheet
Fluorine Rubber Sheet is a variety of high oil resistance, flame retardant, high temperature resistance, corrosion strong seals, sealing rings, cylinder membrane lining and aerospace, aviation field used products. Fluorine rubber is mainly used in automobile and motor vehicle industry, because of its excellent high temperature resistance, oil resistance and medium resistance, it is mainly used as oil seal and O-ring. Fluorine rubber has high chemical stability and is the best medium resistance of all elastomers at present. Type 26 fluororubber resistant to petroleum based oil, diester oil, silicone ether oil, silicone acid oil, inorganic acid resistance, resistance to most organic, inorganic solvents, drugs, etc., only low molecular ketone, ether, ester, not resistant to amine, ammonia, hydrofluoric acid, chloronic acid, phosphate hydraulic oil. The medium performance of type 23 fluorine glue is similar to that of type 26, and has more unique features. It has better resistance to inorganic acids with strong oxidation, such as fuming nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, than type 26, and its volume expansion is only 13%~15% when it is impregnated in 98% HNO3 for 27 days at room temperature.
Application:
Fluorine rubber seals, when used for engine sealing, can work at 200℃~250℃ for a long time, at 300 and short-term work, its working life can be the same as the engine repair life, up to 1000~5000 flight hours (time 5~10 years); Used in the chemical industry, can seal inorganic acid (such as 67% sulfuric acid at 140℃, concentrated hydrochloric acid at 70℃, and 30% nitric acid at ℃), organic solvents (such as chlorinated hydrocarbons, benzene, high aromatic gasoline) and other organic matter (such as butadiene, styrene, propylene, phenol, fatty acids at 275℃, etc.); For deep well production, it can withstand harsh working conditions of 149℃ and 420 atmospheres. When used for superheated steam seals, it can work in steam medium of 160~170℃ for a long time. In the production of monocrystalline silicon, commonly used fluorine rubber seals to seal high temperature (300℃) under the special medium - trichlorosilicon, silicon tetrachloride, gallium arsenide, phosphorus trichloride, trichloroethylene and 120℃ hydrochloric acid, etc.
